Application Notes
UseE - 80 adopts high purity superfine N - phenyl - N - (trichloromethyl - sulfonyl) - benzene sulfonic group acyl aniline with antistatic treatment, mixes with polymer and dispersant. E - 80 as rubber antiscorching agent, especially suitable for using with sulfonamide or thiazole accelerator, improve process safety and does not affect the physical properties, used for thiuram vulcanization system can * have mild or al* no antiscorching effect (but NBR mixture is an exception), if you add magnesium oxide, E - 80 has some antiscorching effect for NR/SBR thiuram vulcanization system. E - 80 will not produce contamination and discoloration
